156D: Haunted House Pop Up Book (Solved)

When I was a kid, sometime between 1987-1992, my grandmother bought me a hardcover book that contained 2 or 3 haunted plays that all took place in a mansion (or maybe a hotel?). In the front cover of the book was a pop up of the mansion, that included several rooms, to be used as the set for the plays. If I remember correctly, it also included cardboard cut outs of the characters to move from room to room as you “acted out” the play. My cousin and I played with this book for hours, but for the life of me, I cannot remember the title or the author. It’s not the haunted pop up book by Jan Pienkowski and it’s not the Disney haunted house book. If anybody can help me figure this out, I would GREATLY appreciate it.

    Could it be this one?
The Little Spooky Theatre Company presents Mimi and the witch : a play in nine scenes for seven characters and an egg / words and illustrations by Elzbieta. London : Victor Gollancz, 1993
A small girl outwits a wolf and a witch with the help of a skeleton, who turns into a prince. A novelty book which opens out into a theatre stage with pop-up characters, tabs and flaps, and presents a play in which the reader can play every part. In the deep, dark forest Mimi encounters a lean and hungry wolf, outwits a horrible witch and discovers the secret of the skeleton.

something manor. I had the book as well I think. My parents just sold my childhood home and we got rid of all these things:( Were the two pieces of the book attached? one side opened for the pop up book and the other side had three plays in it. I remember one of the plays had three different ghosts in it. on of them was quite skinny.
