This book was a children’s book read in the 80s. It is about a young girl who has some kind of party (possibly a birthday party) on a yacht. The illustration of the boat has lots of strung lights and balloons. I originally thought that this was a Madeline book, as I remember it being similar, but have not come across anything like it.
