David is a photographer living in Cleveland Heights. He photographs almost anything, and especially loves to photograph people. He has been a part of the ARTFUL community, having a studio with ARTFUL since its inception. His photography has won awards in venues across the United States, and been exhibited and published with The Mediterranean House of Photography in Portugal.
David's show exhibits a cross-section of work from three projects photographed in recent years. The Figures project depicts human bodyscapes in artful and alien silhouette photographed against a translucent screen. The Curves project focuses on closeup and simple abstracts of wondrously-lit curved construction paper. The Spirit project seeks to render human spirit rising into light via the motif of the façade of small community churches in Tuscumbia, Alabama.
