P.S. kids and cats -- you're welcome to post your favorites, too.
![]() I
am Martika, a resident at the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo. Here I am
posing with one of my early works painted in April 2001. Learn more
about my species with this fascinating book (as featured on PBS).
To learn more about my artwork, you'll have to come to Cleveland and talk
to me yourself.

off travelling in Turkey again. Brings to mind another great female
traveller, and I just so happen to have some nice retrospective books of
her famous travels here. These are British publications put out by
the St. Antony's College Middle East Archives, all uniform in format and
size, featuring tons of fascinating black and white photographs and preliminary
essays. Of course you'll need the whole series.
