Bloomsday Book Club
fourth Thursdays, 6pm
We've decided to tackle Ulysses instead of Finnegans Wake (there's an order to the world, after all).  You haven't missed a thing yet, so join us February 22 at the new-improved 7pm time.  How many best-of lists has Ulysses taken top honors?  I've lost count, but it's enough to tempt any ambitious reader.  We'll tackle it slowly,  and discuss it at length the fourth Thursday of each month.  We have The New Bloomsday Book in stock now, and copies of Ulysses forthcoming.  Let me know if you're coming and if you need books so we can best plan.  We might even have cookies.

Playwriting Workshop with Sarah Morton
Mondays, February 5-March 26, 6:30-9:00pm
In this 8-session intensive,  students will explore the fundamentals of playwriting,  including dramatic structure, story, theatrical language/ dialogue, and character development.  Learn how to turn your ideas on the page into vivid, dynamic, and theatrical writing for the stage.  Discover your own unique voice as a playwright, in a small, supportive workshop setting.  Workshop is geared towards beginning playwrights, but all levels of experience are welcome.  Investment:  $160  Enrollment is limited.

Dickens Society Meeting
Wednesday, June 13, 6-8pm
